Planned Gifts

Leave a lasting legacy: make a provision in your estate plans now to benefit Oakridge Neighborhood upon your death. For example, list Oakridge Neighborhood as a beneficiary in your will, life insurance policy or retirement plan asset such as an IRA. You’ll be named to The Oak Society, which celebrates those who have made a commitment to the Oakridge mission through their generous estate planning.

The donation of tangible items and/or services helps to reduce operating costs so we can focus on our mission of children achieving, families thriving in our safe, secure neighborhood.

 

Donate Stock

The gift of an appreciated asset, often common stock or mutual fund shares, is a great way to support Oakridge Neighborhood. In donating appreciated securities, you can avoid capital gain taxes. Also, you can give without affecting your household’s monthly budget or cash flow.

 

Support a Fundraising Event

Become a sponsor or attend one of our annual signature fundraisers. Breakfast at Tiffany’s benefits Oak Academy early care and preschool. Jazz, Jewels & Jeans supports Oakridge Neighborhood’s essential programs and services.

 

Volunteer Time

We so appreciate our individual volunteers and organizations that give time to Oakridge. Volunteers serve on event planning committees, work on sprucing up our grounds, read to our preschoolers, organize our children’s books, bring donated food items to our campus for residents…the list goes on and on.
