BIG – Building Impact for Good

We believe we share a simple value to leave places and people better than we found them. We would be honored to take action together by pooling intentional, private gifts to uplift one local project. This year we’ve selected Oakridge Neighborhood’s project, Cynergy, to help purchase one acre of land. Cynergy is a proposed mixed use housing, wellness, and economic vitality in Des Moines. The development will create 33 housing units above 9,500 square feet of mission-aligned commercial space on a 1.1 acre infill site. Cynergy expands access to affordable housing, financial, health, and wellness services, as well as commercial opportunities for small businesses.  Thank you for your generous support!
